Jingle Bell Hunt December 19 & 20, 2020
This year we’re inviting enrolled families to take part in a Socially Distant Jingle Bell Hunt to replace our well-loved Annual Jingle Bell Jam. There are many ways to participate from near or from afar. Here’s how it will work
You will sign your family up for a time slot for your outdoor, in-person, socially distant or Zoom-style Jingle Bell JAM part of our event. (click Saturday, Sunday, or Zoom below to sign up)
For in-person the whole family is welcome to join us however, you MUST register each participant on the google doc so we can keep our numbers in accordance with the state guidelines. Once you sign the doc we will send you confirmation.
For Zoom - you will want to arrange to pick up your participation materials/gifts before the Jingle Bell Jam (for those of you who are not local we can ship them to you).
After your live - 15 minute Jingle-Bell Jam - We will send you off to your Jingle Bell Hunt. The “hunt” is 40-45 minutes round trip with 3 stops (the northernmost point is in Germantown and the southernmost point is in Rhinebeck). Please note the Rhinebeck retail location closes at 5 and the Germantown retail location closes at 7pm) You will need a smartphone to read the QR codes for directions on QR codes see the buttons below. If you would rather recieve the clues separately we can accomodate you, just let us know and we will send you a link to each clue in an email.
The clues will lead you to 3 different locations where you will find a hidden Jingle Bell picture (like the snowman above) with a QR code to scan. You will scan the code and receive the next clue.
At each location including the Red Hook Studio where your hunt will begin there is an option to receive a gift. 2 retail locations will have a small edible treat (should you choose to go in) and the other two locations will have a craft/activity/instrument to take with you (these will not require going indoors).
